Delivery

If payment or billing/shipping information is incorrect, orders may not ship on time. Weather circumstances, a high volume of packages during holidays or promotional events, and/or an inadequate shipping address (i.e., a missing or incorrect apartment number or street number) can all cause the transit time to be delayed.

In the odd event that your item is delivered late or comes damaged, please notify us as soon as you learn about it and no later than seven days from the delivery date indicated on your tracking.
