Returns

Items must be unwashed, unworn, and with the tags intact in order to be eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase. There is no reimbursement for the first delivery charge. Your order will be repaid in the form of a new coupon for the amount of the returned items if any items were purchased using a referral code. For your referral refund, do get in touch with our Support.

Within 5-7 business days of receiving your package, a refund will be applied to the original payment method.

Extended Christmas Returns Policy

For consumers who bought gifts in the run-up to Christmas, we extended our normal 30-day return period to include the entire holiday season.
